Finishing levels explained

1. Core & shell: structure, facades and main utilities only; the rest is on you.
2. Semi-finished: usually plastering, basic flooring and electrical/plumbing rough-in.
3. Fully finished: flooring, doors, windows, paint, kitchens and bathrooms ready to live in.
4. Always request a written specification listing materials and brands; don't rely on verbal promises.
