2. Pricing and contract: clear items, a timetable and defined payment terms.
3. Planning and site setup: arrange resources, equipment, the work plan and safety.
4. Execution: excavation, pipes, networks and connections according to approved drawings.
5. Quality and testing: test the networks and review the work before backfilling and handover.
6. Handover and warranty: hand over as-built drawings and an agreed maintenance period.
